Why property investors choose Oman.

- 01
Between the Gulf, Asia and Africa
Oman sits on the shipping routes linking the Gulf, Asia and East Africa, and Muscat is a short flight from Dubai. Trade and logistics give the economy a base beyond oil.
- 02
Diversification under Vision 2040
Vision 2040 sets out Oman’s plan to reduce its dependence on oil and grow tourism, logistics and other sectors. Property in the Integrated Tourism Complexes sits squarely within that strategy.
- 03
Policy that welcomes foreign capital
Freehold ownership in designated zones, investor residency linked to property value and economic zones such as Duqm all point the same way. Oman wants foreign investment, and its rules reflect that.
