We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the site to research property and to make enquiries, for yourself or for the business you represent. You must use it lawfully and in line with these terms. You must not resell, redistribute or systematically extract the site or its content, or use it to build or train a competing service or dataset, without our written permission.

You must not misuse the site: do not try to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it, introduce viruses or other harmful material, send automated or bulk enquiries, or use it in any way that could damage or overload it.

We may update, suspend, withdraw or restrict any part of the site for business or operational reasons. We will try to give reasonable notice of planned interruptions, but we do not guarantee that the site, or anything on it, will always be available.
