Can foreigners buy property in Saudi Arabia?

Premium Residency holders could already own. The detail is still being set out, so we confirm eligibility project by project.

Why invest in Saudi Arabian property.

- 01
An economy in deliberate transition
Vision 2030 is moving Saudi Arabia beyond oil towards tourism, finance and industry, backed by state investment at scale. That shift is creating demand for quality housing in Riyadh and Jeddah.
- 02
Scale and financial strength
Saudi Arabia is the largest economy in the Arab world, with substantial financial reserves and a stable currency. That gives investors a secure base in a market that is opening up.
- 03
Tourism built on heritage
Historic sites, including several on the UNESCO World Heritage List, and a growing events calendar are drawing more visitors each year. Tourism is central to the Kingdom’s plans, and to demand for hospitality-led property.
