This policy explains how Crown Continental uses cookies and similar technologies on crowncontinental.com, and how to change your choices at any time. It sits alongside our privacy policy.
Our approach
Cookies that the site needs to work, and to remember your privacy choice, are set as soon as you arrive. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you agree through the cookie banner. Until you choose, both stay off: Google Consent Mode is set to "denied" for every signal before any Google tag loads, and no advertising pixel loads at all.
What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website, so the site can remember your actions and choices. We also use technologies that work in a similar way, under the same consent rules:
- Local and session storage in your browser, used to remember settings on this device.
- Pixels and tags, small pieces of code that record an action such as a page view.
The categories we use
- Necessary: needed for the site to work and to remember your choices. Always on; they do not track you for advertising.
- Analytics: help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and link your browsing to an enquiry you send. Only with your consent.
- Marketing: would help us measure advertising. We do not use any at present; if we start, they will run only with your consent.

If you withdraw analytics consent, we delete cc-vid and the Google Analytics cookies we can reach.
Marketing cookies
We do not set marketing or advertising cookies, and no advertising pixel or server-side advertising measurement runs on this site. If we start using them, we will update this policy before we do, and they will run only with your consent.
Managing your cookies
On this site. Use Cookie settings in the footer to review or change your choice. We ask again once your stored choice is six months old.
In your browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, parts of the site may not work, and we may not be able to remember that you said no.
