The villas
- Esmeralda: four bedrooms, 680 to 822 sqm built including terraces, on plots of 1,005 to 2,476 sqm. The most numerous design, on 19 plots.
- Zafiro: five bedrooms, 863 to 1,034 sqm, on plots of 1,507 to 1,874 sqm. Eight plots.
- Painite: a single five-bedroom villa of 690 sqm on a 2,476 sqm plot, with a car lift.
- Diamante: a single six-bedroom villa of 871 sqm on a 2,881 sqm plot.
Each villa has a private pool, and the estate has two gatehouses with security around the clock. The unit table has the from-price for the designs that are priced; Painite and Diamante are on request.
Buying
Prices are quoted before VAT, which is 10% on a new home in Spain. The developer sets the payment schedule per release; ask us for the current one. Spain closed its Golden Visa route in April 2025, so a purchase here no longer brings residency.
What to weigh
These are among the most expensive new villas on the Costa del Sol, priced on the Lamborghini name. Resale will depend on a small pool of buyers who value the brand, so buy for use rather than for a quick return.

No. Spain closed its Golden Visa route for property buyers in April 2025. Non-EU owners can still spend up to 90 days in any 180 in the Schengen area, or apply for a residence visa on other grounds.
Who is it for?
Buyers who will use the villa and value the Lamborghini design. At these prices the rental and resale markets are small, so it suits a long hold rather than an investment let.
