Two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments over a basement, ground and two upper floors. Internal areas are 98 to 113 sqm for two bedrooms, 158 to 160 sqm for three and 199 sqm for four; with terraces and a share of the common areas the totals run from about 150 to 390 sqm. Two-bedroom apartments come with one parking space, larger ones with two, and each has a storage room. The unit table has the developer’s from-price for each type.
The building
Missoni designs the interiors and the common areas. Residents share an infinity pool, a gym, tennis courts, a children’s pool and play area, gardens and a concierge, behind a gated entrance with security around the clock.
Buying
Few units remain: the developer’s May 2026 inventory listed three as available. Resale is allowed once 30% of the price has been paid. Spanish new-build purchases carry 10% VAT on top of the price; ask us for the current payment schedule, which the developer sets per release.
