Our team, one of our partners on the ground or the developer’s own team takes you through the home, the shared areas and the street outside. You lead; ask them to stop, turn or open anything.

Talk it through
Afterwards your adviser goes through the price list, the payment plan and how this unit compares with the others on your shortlist.

Who shows me round on a virtual viewing?
Our own team, one of our partners on the ground or the developer’s sales team, depending on the market and the development. Your Continental adviser arranges it and stays your contact throughout.
Is a virtual viewing enough to buy?
It can be. A live call shows far more than photographs or a brochure, and the checks on the developer and the paperwork are the same whether you visit or not. If you would rather see it in person first, we can arrange a viewing trip.
Does a virtual viewing cost anything?
No. A virtual viewing is free and carries no obligation to reserve.
Can I view an off-plan property that is not built yet?
Yes. You see the show unit or a completed building by the same developer, and the site itself, so you can judge the finish, the layout and the progress.
