A viewing trip works best when the homework is done first, so the trip is for deciding, not searching.
Shortlist first
We agree the brief and a shortlist with you before you book flights, and can show you each one on a video call so nothing on the list is a wasted visit.
Plan the days
Tell us your dates. We arrange the viewings in a sensible order, with the developers’ teams and our partners on the ground, and leave time to see the area properly.
On the ground
Our team, one of our partners or the developer meets you for each viewing, shows you the home, the building and the neighbourhood, and answers the questions you can only ask in person.
Decide at your pace
You can reserve while you are there or once you are home. Either way your adviser takes you through the price, the payment plan and the checks before you commit.

Do I have to visit before I buy?
No. You can buy after a virtual viewing and complete without travelling. A viewing trip is there for those who want it.
Who meets me on a viewing trip?
Our own team, one of our partners on the ground or the developer’s team, depending on the market. Your Continental adviser organises the trip and is your contact before, during and after it.
How long should a viewing trip be?
It depends on the shortlist and how spread out it is. Tell us your dates and what you want to see, and we will tell you whether it fits.
Can I reserve while I am there?
Yes, if you are ready. You can equally fly home, sleep on it and reserve remotely; nothing about the purchase needs you to be in the country.
