The routes to living in Saint Kitts and Nevis.

Our verdict. St Kitts and Nevis suits a family that wants a second passport with no residence requirement today: the Citizenship by Investment Unit sets no travel or residence rules. US$325,000 in an approved development, resaleable after seven years, or US$600,000 for an approved single-family home, grants citizenship on approval, with processing of three to six months. There is no personal income tax. The weak point is the fees on top: post-approval fees of US$25,000 for the main applicant and more for each family member, and a residence rule announced in January 2026 that is not yet in force. Compared with Grenada, the real estate entry point is higher.
