A neighbouring hotel is expected in 2030, with selected facilities linked to that later phase.

The project developer and seller is Capstone Asset Phuket Cherngtalay Co., Ltd. This company uses the Autograph Collection name under licence from Marriott. Marriott does not own, develop or sell PEYLAA. The residential management agreement described by the developer provides for an initial five-year term from the opening of Phase 1, followed by renewal periods.
